All Ringo Ani apps can be linked on devices with the same OS.
In other words, if all the devices you want to use are Android or iOS, you can link them.
However, when purchasing a package (registering a code), the receipt is structured to belong to the relevant Google/Apple account.
You must log in to the Play Store/App Store on the device you want to link with the Google/Apple account you purchased the package with and download the app to link them.
Linking may take some time depending on the device, but if it takes more than a day, you can link them by pressing the 'Purchase Package' button directly. (No additional purchases)

Linking between Android and iOS devices is not possible.
If you want to use it on different OS devices, you can purchase it separately from the Play Store and App Store.
We recommend that you only pay on the devices you use most often.
For iOS devices, there are several settings related to sound, so please check this part.

1. If you swipe down from the top right on the iPad, tools will appear as shown in the attached photo.
2. If the bell tool is cross-hatched, unshatch it.
3. If the bell button is cross-hatched, you can hear general sounds such as YouTube, but not game sounds within the app.

3. Add the right silent mode as an item included in the Control Center.

All of RingoAni's apps can be used permanently as a one-time full package (or other necessary package) rather than a monthly payment or subscription.
Even if you don't pay monthly or subscribe, you can use it at a cost-effective price.
Ringo Ani's app is difficult to purchase packages and register codes for kids accounts (under 14 years old).
If the account of the device you will use is a kids account, please have a guardian log in to the store with an adult account for a moment, download the app, and then proceed with the package purchase.
After all downloads and package purchases for the app are complete, you can change the store account back to kids.
RingoAni's app is not a purchase-and-run app, so the family content library is not supported.
Therefore, payment and sharing using family payment methods are not possible.
The learning progress of the LingoAni app is not shared across devices. Therefore, children can use it independently on multiple devices.
If you reset the device or delete and reinstall the LingoAni app, your learning progress will also be reset.
All of Ringo Ani's apps (Korean Word Play, English Word Play, Tok Tok Word Play, First Korean Word Play) can be used for free after installation.
If you are wondering which product is best for your child, we recommend that you try it out and purchase the product that is most suitable for your child.
Unlike Google Play Store, Apple App Store does not allow refunds from the relevant company.
Therefore, you must apply for a refund directly from the App Store using the method below!

4. Select reason for refund > Select product you wish to refund > ‘Submit’
