Unlike Google Play Store, Apple App Store does not allow refunds from the relevant company.

Therefore, you must apply for a refund directly from the App Store using the method below!

1. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Log in to the Apple ID you purchased

3. How can we help you? > Select ‘Refund Request’

4. Select reason for refund > Select product you wish to refund > ‘Submit’

5. You will receive a reply to the email linked to Apple informing you that your refund has been received. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

For Google Play Store, you need to confirm your order ID and the name of the app you paid for in order to get a refund.


Please tell us the 'name of the app you want to refund' and 'order ID' through KakaoTalk Plus Friend @RingoAny, and we will confirm and provide you with a refund.


You can check your order ID in your inbox.


(Order ID usually consists of GPA.number-number-number-number)

If you contact Google directly, it is difficult for the company to confirm additional refund applications and processes.


Contacting Google directly is faster, but it takes time to actually receive a refund.
